Our Impactful Projects
Dormsius Foundation has launched a variety of projects aimed at directly addressing community needs,
fostering growth,
and driving resilience. Our key initiatives include:
Borehole Drilling Projects: Through the provision of
clean and sustainable water sources, Dormsius Foundation has
improved the quality of life for rural communities in Karni and Tizza. These boreholes reduce the burden
of fetching
water, particularly for women and children, while promoting better health and productivity.
Educational Scholarships: The Foundation has awarded
over 10 scholarships to underprivileged tertiary students across
Ghana. These scholarships cover tuition, accommodation, and learning materials, empowering students to
reach their
academic potential despite financial challenges.
Support for Orphanages: Dormsius Foundation provides
essential support to orphanages across various regions, including
Akusi (Eastern Region), Jirapa and Nandom (Upper West Region), and Tafo (Ashanti Region). The Foundation
offers food,
clothing, educational materials, and health supplies to enhance the lives of orphaned and abandoned
children. Each of
these projects is carefully crafted based on community assessments, ensuring that resources are deployed
effectively to
achieve both immediate and long-term impact.

Bringing Smiles Through Generosity - Dormsius Foundation’s Donation
to Heritage Haven.
At Dormsius Foundation, we believe that true generosity is not about giving
because we have much, but because we deeply understand the struggles of those in need. On 10th
January 2025. We carried out a special donation to Heritage Haven(formerly Child Support), a
sanctuary for children whose stories are marked by resilience and hope.Many children in orphanages
lack access to the resources they need to thrive—essentials like food, and educational supplies.
Recognizing this need, Dormsius Foundation rallied to provide meaningful support, bringing smiles
and hope to the children.
Led by our incredible project manager, Naayere Germaine, and supported by
dedicated team members Kipo Olivia , Tuureh Sonice and Wisdom Nagaaye, the donation day was filled
with love and joy. Items donated included bags of rice ,groceries,educational supplies and
toiletries , all aimed at easing the children’s daily challenges. The children’s laughter and
gratitude were a testament to the power of compassion and giving. For our team, this wasn’t just a
project—it was a chance to connect and inspire a brighter future for these remarkable young
individuals.
While this donation provided temporary relief, Dormsius Foundation remains committed to ensuring
sustainable support for vulnerable communities. We believe that even the smallest acts of kindness
can create ripples of change.
Access to Clean Water - Dormsius Foundation Drills a Borehole for
Karni community in Upper West region
Water is life, but for many underprivileged communities, access to clean and safe
water remains a daily struggle. Dormsius Foundation took a significant step towards solving this
issue by drilling a borehole for Karni Yizie community, an underserved community that had long been
battling water scarcity. Before the borehole project, the people of Karni relied on unsafe water
sources, which exposed them to waterborne diseases and limited their ability to thrive. Women and
children, in particular, bore the brunt of this challenge, often walking long distances to fetch
water for their families.
Thanks to the support of our donors and dedicated team, Dormsius Foundation was
able to deliver a borehole that now provides clean and safe water to the community. The project
has transformed lives by improving health, reducing the burden on women and children, and enabling
the community to focus on other aspects of development.The inauguration of the borehole was a
moment of celebration and gratitude. Community members expressed their joy and shared how this
project has given them renewed hope for a better future. At Dormsius Foundation, we see access to
clean water as a fundamental human right. This borehole project is just the beginning of our
efforts to address water scarcity in underprivileged communities. Together, we can continue to
make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Transforming Lives Through Partnership - Dormsius Foundation and

On December 5,2023, Dormsius foundation partnered with Hope This partnership with
Hope the Mission Foundation, USA, is a testament to the power of collaboration in transforming lives
and creating lasting change. Together, we hope to embark on a mission to enhance infrastructure and
improve access to essential services in underserved communities across Ghana.Through this
partnership, significant strides would be made in infrastructure development, including the
construction of schools, healthcare facilities, and community centers. These projects are more than
just buildings; they represent opportunities for growth, access to quality education, and improved
healthcare for countless individuals.
Education is at the heart of this collaboration. By providing schools with
resources such as textbooks and digital tools, we are equipping students with the knowledge and
skills needed to thrive in a technology-driven world. The partnership also supports teacher
training programs, ensuring educators are well-prepared to guide and inspire the next
generation.The partnership extends beyond education, empowering individuals through vocational
training and entrepreneurship workshops. These programs provide practical skills, financial
